1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Made-to-Order Process

All our pieces are made-to-order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production takes 48 hours before shipping. Custom measurements provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility. We will craft the garment according to the measurements provided.

3. Returns and Alterations

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If a piece does not fit correctly due to an error on our part, we will provide complimentary alterations. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an alteration.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time. We accept payments via M-Pesa and major credit cards. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shop Hellous and its licensors. Our designs, images, and brand assets may not be used without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shop Hellous, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
